We use the same healthy, luscious, whole-grain, low-glycemic ingredients as our 4:00 Cookies.  All-clean ingredients; never any corn syrup, palm kernel oil or artificial anything.
 
Rolled Oats, Almonds, Cashews, Coconut, Sunflower or Pumpkin Seeds, Cranberries, Blueberries or Figs and Dark Chocolate . . . plus barley malt syrup and agave.

Wholesome and satisfying. These are great snacks and are my favorite of the repertoire of flavors. I keep a trove in the freezer to savor over time. They thaw quickly and taste great.
